No navigation to bug report created from a support request

Bug Description
When you create a bug report from a support request, you are returned to the support request page with a page saying "Thank you! Bug #nnn created", but there is no way of getting to that bug report.
A minimal fix for this would be to turn "Bug #nnn" into a link, but probably a better solution is to go directly to the bug report page when the bug report is created.
