Bug Description

If I'm coming to use Launchpad and I am already logged in, I should see all the projects, teams, and bugs that I'm subscribed to, on the front page, https://launchpad.net/ , before everything else. I want a console that shows everything on Launchpad that touches my account. That will save me on average four painful, often confusing clicks of navigation when I have something hot on my mind and want to find something quickly.

The UI model of Flickr is great in this regard. Contrast the default pages there when logged in and logged out.
