loud-java: Conflicts/Provides/Replaces needed on icedtea6-plugin

For some reason, even though sun-java6-plugin is available on i386 and amd64, icedtea6-plugin gets installed as well. This breaks the shit out of java. Therefore, icedtea6plugin needs added to the Conflicts/Provides/Replaces logic in the control file for loud-java.

Ditto, it seems to be fixed now.
