Bug Description

Budapest Office and Outside Events Has Glitch with Past Events Timing -

- For Office Events, it appears that events move into past events after their starting times have passed as opposed to when their finishing times have passed. Specifically, a meeting that started this morning and ends on Wednesday is already listed under past events.

- For Outside Events, events that have already ended are still appearing on the home page. When you click on More Outside Events, however, these events are under past events as they should be.

Although Shane did the original work on this (I believe), hopefully ChrisR can pick it up.

Network Events folders as well as portlets now display in-progress events as upcoming rather than past.

The stale events were caused by caching of catalog queries. I have updated those queries to not use the cache, since there is now way to invalidate the cache when an event has ended.
