Bug Description

Binary package hint: samba

Samba had been running OK, but since this happened today, (possibly after trying to configure a printer with CUPS?) i can no longer login without hacking:
/etc/pam.d/common-auth and commenting out:
#auth optional pam_smbpass.so migrate
I got this from googling the problem, so it obviously affects other systems also.
