Bug Description
Launchpad needs a reworking of the way it explains GPG and OpenPGP keys.
* "Edit GPG Keys" (and "Edit SSH Keys") should be reworded, because you're not editing keys, you're registering/
* +editgpgkeys explains why Launchpad uses keys, but doesn't explain what they are.
* +editgpgkeys needs to make explicit that the suggested command lines are to be entered in a terminal window.

Perhaps a link to an existing document or perhaps a wiki page that explains briefly how OpenPGP works?
The command lines bit should be easily fixable.
