"Confirm subscription" button is miscapitalized and wrongly sized

Bug Description
On the page for subscribing to a private PPA, there is a "Confirm subscription" button. To follow standard Launchpad capitalization, this should be "Confirm Subscription".
The button is also shorter, with smaller text, than the "Cancel" button immediately next to it. The buttons should be the same height and use the same size text.
