Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I recently switched from Windows to Ubuntu YAY! However, this one minor issue is driving me nuts. When I click on the address bar to type in an address I am used to it automatically highlighting the entire contents and I just start typing the address I want to go to. The Linux version doesn't do that. I have to click in the box and do ctrl-A then type.

Ubuntu 9.04 - the Jaunty Jackalope - released in April 2009.

I quite like the way its done in Linux. Instead of Ctrl+A, you can just double click the address bar and the entire contents is selected
