failed to upgrade to version 2.6.28.13

I get the following messages on an upgrade

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  linux-restricted-modules-generic: Depends: linux-restricted-modules-2.6.28-13-generic which is a virtual package.
  linux-headers-generic: Depends: linux-headers-2.6.28-13-generic which is a virtual package.

I am working on an hp tx2500 laptop... 64 bit linux

Hi,

I have the same problem, however mine also includes linux-image-2.6.28-13-generic.

Looking in symantec I have linux-*-2.6.28-11 & 12-generic available, but not 13.

I seem to have the same problem. I also had it with linux-headers-2.6.28-12-generic. I was hopping it was just the apt servers still updating, and that an apt-get update will soon fix it.

Same here, I use swedish mirror

Tried to install linux-restricted-modules-generic with synaptic and got this error:
linux-restricted-modules-generic:
 Depends on: linux-restricted-modules-2.6.28-13-generic but it is not installable

Did a search on linux-restricted-modules-2.6.28-13-generic (in synaptic) and it did not show up

but I see the files on the mirror:
http://sv.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/restricted/l/linux-restricted-modules/

I changed from mirror to main server and then it worked.
