[JHV 2.0] No option to change install from home directory

Bug Description

UBUNTU 9.04 - GNOME

I'm running it with 'java -jar sHelioviewer.jar' and find it installs its self to my home directory. Through Options : Preferences, I can try to change the save/local paths, but not the cache. I need it under a different directory.
