I can confirm this bug in Karmic and affirm that it also affects the 64bit variant. It failed to upgrade. If you require further info please let me know.

Bug in english:
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-icons-oxygen_4%3a4.2.90-0ubuntu1_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/icons/oxygen/16x16/actions/meeting-attending.png', which is also in package libkdepim4

This one will be fixed once kdepim 4.2.90 is uploaded. We removed those icons in that version but since it hasn't been uploaded yet....
