Bug Description

Hi,

When I click 'Create Screenshot _Gallery...', it saves a jpg file but calls it a png. See my attachment.

Martijn

--------------------
This occurs when using the Dutch translation. When using English, the defect is not present. A workaround is to change the file extension from .png to .jpg when naming the file during Screenshot Gallery creation.

Ubuntu 9.04 "Jaunty Jackalope"
Totem 2.26.1-0ubuntu5

See the attachment. The file I play is a flv-video (from YouTube), without extension. Let me know if you need more information

What language pack are you using in the OS?

I am running the same ubuntu/totem versions, but I cannot reproduce the issue (it saves by default as .jpg)

Dutch. I'll try English to see if that "solves" it.

The problem does not occur when using English. So this is a bug in a translation?

It looks like it.

You should be able to work around the issue for now by changing the file extension when creating the gallery in Totem.

This was a buggy translation. I've fixed it in Rosetta. The fix should land in the next language-pack update.
