Please sync lib3ds 1.3.0-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has incorporated the ubuntu changes remaining. So the package can be synced again.

Changelog since current karmic version 1.3.0-1ubuntu1:

lib3ds (1.3.0-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Build real library package. (Closes: #148955).
    + Add lib3ds-1-3 binary package.
    + Additional debian/rules clean-up.

lib3ds (1.3.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Use autoreconf -fvi so libtoolize gets run as well.
    + Change automake1.9 build-dep to automoake.
  * Add Homepage.
  * Add watch file.
  * Replace pwd with $(CURDIR) in rules.
  * Improve package long description.
  * Remove duplicated priority section from binary package.
  * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.1.
