Bug Description
Unlike with the old mafiabot, ops can't seem to destroy games that other players have made then abandoned. The command "!destroy [gamename]" does nothing when used by someone who is not the creator of a game.

A command called "opdestroy" has been added but is not online yet, as I need to do some testing first.
