Bug Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using network-manager, establish a vpn connection
2. elementary icons for vpn connecting "animation" visible
3. hicolor icon for vpn active visible upon establishing vpn connection.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The icon should use the elementary icon, instead of the hicolor icon.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

sudo ln -s /usr/share/
/usr/share/
