Bug Description
Binary package hint: yelp
Source Package: ubuntu
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu karmic (development branch)
Release: 9.10
$ apt-cache policy yelp
yelp:
Installed: 2.25.1-0ubuntu5
Candidate: 2.25.1-0ubuntu5
Version table:
*** 2.25.1-0ubuntu5 0
500 http://
100 /var/lib/
Since I upgraded to Karmic alpha1 - yelp immediately disappear when launched.
Trace from gdb yelp:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

However launched with "sudo yelp", it seems to work fine: I was able to be guided to launchpad using this.
This looks like some file protection problem.
Hope this helps.
