Function pp_ed_teaser_image_settings_form missing

Unfortunately there seems to be no function that implements the form.

Caveat: I'm not using the full Prosepoint, just the editor, though I have searched through all the files.

Ah... oops.

With ProsePoint 0.21, that was moved into a separate module pp_img_extract.module and some of the names were changed. The replacement is at line 4 of pp_img_extract.module.

That entry in pp_ed.module should be removed.
