Please add a /+text for the support requests too

Bug Description

Summary says it all, for Ubugtu (and other remote agents) to support the support requests, a /+text feature similar to the one for bugs would be useful.

On the same note, launchpad.net/tickets/$ticketid urls (similar to /bugs/$bugid) would be appreciated too.

This feature request is superseded by Launchpad's API, when we provide alternates to the web pages, it will be via the API.
