Breadcrumbs while annotating a file in head shows the most recent revision in the url instead of head

Bug Description
When viewing this file:
http://
I am looking at the head version of the file.
When I click on the categories breadcrumb, I am sent to:
http://
When clicking on the same fire from that page,
http://
The URL results in a page that has no content. This appears to be caused by the fact that the query string is different in the third URL
