libavcodec doesn't support libamrwb/nb

Bug Description

This isn't exactly a bug, it's more of a feature request.

medibuntu ships libamrwb/nb, which are supported by libavcodec. However, libavcodec (and -unstripped) in Ubuntu don't support libamrwb/nb. It would be great if medibuntu shipped libavcodec packages with support for libamrwb/nb, so that for example SoX would benefit (as SoX has ffmpeg support).

I notice that mplayer works with libamrnb/wb, but that seems to be because it links all the CODEC libraries directly rather than via libavcodec; I don't know if there's some potential to streamline things there by having your own libavcodec packages which can also be used by mplayer...
