Tricky factoid:

It can't be recalled or forgotten, because it ends in punctuation.
We need to not strip factoid values and factoid queries

Possibly for operations other than retrieval. I think that getting should
still strip -- if the factoid name is "are you an MSc", then asking "are you
an MSc?" should work.
