lbmbuilder: "noapic nolapic" in syslinux.cfg causes Optiplex 760 to not boot

Bug Description
Problem: The boot options "noapic nolapic" in the loud section of the syslinux.cfg file cause boot to hard lock on an Optiplex 760.
Solution: Remove these options from the file and the system will boot properly.
Tested by manually editing the file with MagicISO and burning the edited file. lbmbuilder ISO took right off.
