Launchpad keeps resetting my location to Egypt

Bug Description

No matter how many times I use the map to place the marker on Miami, FL and save the settings, Launchpad insists on resetting my location to Egypt.

Although that's not clear in the UI, when you change your location using
the map you have to save the changes by clicking on the Save button at
the bottom of the page. Maybe it was being reset to Egypt because you
forgot to save?

I tried setting up my location to Chennai, India and I'm quite sure i did save it like multiple times. It still shows the location as Egypt!

Even if using the "Update" button when setting the location, it is not saved. I've tried multiple times to set my location to Madrid, Spain, but I end up located somewhere in the middle of Turkey...
