please can I define milestones at the project suite level

Bug Description

When I created identically named milestones in multiple projects in a project suite, I can look at launchpad.net/<projectsuite>/+milestone/<milestonename>/ and see a list of all bugs and blueprints targeted to that milestone regardless of which sub project the bugs or blueprints belong to. However, I cannot define milestones at the project suite level, only at the project level, which means I have to go define milestones with the exact same name for every single subproject.

This is a feature request that I would like to be able to create milestones at the project suite level. Thanks!
