Registering PGP key doesn't tell me how to create one

Bug Description

I was on page https://launchpad.net/codeofconduct

Clicked on "Register an OpenPGP key" and got to https://launchpad.net/~toni-biocic/+editpgpkeys with instruction how to inport existing key but I didn't find how to create new one.

It will be good if at least there was a link to https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/ImportingYourPGPKey
