Titles of Product(Series|Milestone):+addrelease need work

ProductSeries:+addrelease's title is something like “Publish the release of 1.0”, where 1.0 is the series name. It should be something like “Publish a release of Foobar 1.0”.
ProductMilestone:+addrelease's is “Publish the release of Foobar 1.0.1”. It should be something like “Publish Foobar 1.0.1”.

In the ProductSeries case, there will hopefully be more than one release in each series, so 'the' is inappropriate. In the ProductMilestone case, Foobar 1.0.1 *is* the release. You don't publish a release of it.

The title and and headings are now fixed in the sense that they are consistent.
