Sort community members on last name, not first

Bug Description

In the view members screen in a community, members are sorted alphabetically by first name. They should be sorted alphabetically by last name. See as an example: https://karl.soros.org/communities/karl-feedback-community/members

Fixed in revision 3008. We have to run "bin/reindex_catalog" after this change.
