Bug Description

The file grid seems to loose the default sort order when going to a subpage. Take the following example:

1. Go to https://karl.soros.org/communities/justice-initiative-administration/files

2. Take note of the ordering... by default the files are sorted by Last Modified Descending order

3. Click the "2" link in pagination

4. Notice the ordering of the files... they are now in Last Modified Ascending order

If you change the sort order from the default, the pagination appears to keep the sorting, so this is isolated only to the default sort order.
