Bug Description

Jonathan reports that the tag listing at:

  https://karl.soros.org/profiles/jhooper/taglisting.html

....should be alphabetized.

Should be fixed in -r 2979 of the 'karl' package.

Tres, should we care about double slashes? I'm getting /profiles/jhooper//taglisting.html (by visiting Jonathan's profile and clicking on "All Jonathan's tags".)
