code review doesn't generate a 'merged' email

Bug Description
One of the really nice features of BundleBuggy is getting an email when a request has finally landed.
I often sort my email into threads, and then expand them to see which [MERGE] requests have already been landed, and thus I don't need to worry about reviewing them myself.
That information is certainly contained on Launchpad itself, but that requires a context switch from my email program into my browser, and can't be performed in 'offline' mode after doing an email sync.
