Bug Description

Binary package hint: svn-buildpackage

the only change in the ubuntu diff is fixed in Debian (from version 0.6.24). Here's the relevant piece of the changelog:

 * Modified patch from Ubuntu to ignore empty files with non-zero
    length.

since the bug that the ubuntu diff fixed is fixed in Debian, the ubuntu diff should just be dropped and the package should be synced.
