Bug Description

When trying to install Tomboy on Xubuntu 9.04, following message then it locks up and needs a ctrl+c:

This was fixed for me by basically uninstalling everything mono, and reinstalling.

It's still worth looking at since it basically stops apt from working without a load of screwing around. Could cause problems for other people who are less used to dealing with apt.
