Thank you for reporting this problem to Ubuntu. Many Firefox issues are caused by third party addons. Could you please try with a new profile to see if that is the issue? You do not need to delete your current profile to test.

Also, you can ping wikipedia.com?

I access the internet through an network that have a proxy server, but I use the connect directly option.
I discovered now that If I use the proxy, i can access the site, but without the proxy i can't. The strange thing is that other people in the same network can access the site while not using the proxy.

Without the proxy,I can ping wikipedia, and creating a new profile doesn't worked.

Since you're able to connect to the Network with the proxy and you are behind a proxy, it would seem like this is a local network issue. Please contact your local network admin to verify what you should and should not be accessing without the proxy.
Please feel free to report any other issues you may find.
