Bug Description
Using Inkscape 0.46+devel r21381, built May 19 2009
If you create a element, apply blur and export a bitmap or make a bitmap copy, it respects the blur size.
But the bitmap render do not respect the blur size when you try that in a clone element.
Please, see the screenshot attached to this bug report.

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22544 on OS X 10.5.8
The (visual) bounding box of the clone doesn't take the blur effect region into account. Same happens when exporting a single selected clone to bitmap.
