Bug Description

The insertion operation always fails and it is reported as a bug in the mysql compilation on debian based systems check the original one at http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=14910

Since we are no longer distributing MySQL 4.1 in the newest version of Ubuntu. Can you try to reproduce the bug in MySQL 5.0 and report a bug against mysql-dfsg-5.0?
