Bug Description

I am using Ubuntu 6.06 LTS Dapper Drake with Firefox Version 1.5 dfsg 1.5.0.15.

I tried to update my firefox with apprpriate plugins "Flash Player" in this case it gave an error. Then I tried to open Help Contents, Report Broken Website, About Firefox topics in the Help Section and instead of opening it gave the same error again which is stated below,

XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: chrome://browser/content/aboutDialog.xul
Line Number 9, Column 1:%brandDTD;

The details of the Process are,

This bug will not be fixed in 1.5. It is no longer support upstream. we are reaching EOLS for Dapper i suggest you update to atleast Hardy(LTS) as i recall you can use update manger to go from LTS to LTS and it will skip all in between other wise you have to upgrade to each version in order to get to it.
