Bug Description
Would be great if bzr-search supported phrase-searching, as in:
$ bzr search "some multi-word phrase in quotes"
'Nuff said :-).

Yes it would. There are a number of ways this can be done, but it does need a more complex low level index (and there are a few choices too).
A workaround is to
$bzr search some multi-word phrase in quotes
which will while not doing a phrase search, still be fairly narrow.
