qcommit: Bug Text not remembered after cancel

Low priority feature request:

Open qcommit dialog.
Enter text in Fixed Bug text editor.
Press Cancel.
Open qcommit dialog
Notice that the text in Fixed Bug editor is blank.

Qcommit has the ability to remember the message inserted from the previous cancelled qcommit dialog and prepopulate the dialog with this message. To keep things consistent the Fixed Bugs text could also be prepopulated in the same way.

Your change is looking good. I don't know if you intended to save the
"Author's" field? If you did then it doesn't seem to persist.

No, this patch does not save author yet. But new code is much easier to
extend, so if you wish this feature, I can guide you on implementing it.
