Bug Description

^%ZOSF("$INC") falsely asserts that $increment is not implemented, when in fact this function is implemented in GT.M V5.3-003.

$Increment() was permitted in SAC by special dispensation, even though it is a proprietary extension because some operation was considerably speeded up. I don't know whether this operation is even relevant any more, but anyone who has been in VA for a while may be able to remember the circumstances of the special dispensation.
