Evolution does not show From, Subject, or Date in the list window.

Evolution v2.26.1-0ubuntu1
Running on Ubuntu v9.04
accessing a Microsoft Exchange 2003 server.

In the list window where all the messages are listed many have the FROM and SUBJECT fields blank and the DATE field is a "?". In the Preview window all those fields are displayed with their entries in tact. Also if you open the message all those fields show up correctly. 149 out of 284 messages are showing up this way.

Thank you for your bug report. The ubuntu team doesn't have the ressources to work on this specific issue but it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)

Bug #434662 seems to have the same symptoms:
Empty "From", "Subject", and a Question Mark [?] under "Date" (From MS Exchange Server)
