Bug Description

When watching a movie in full screen , in any player for that matter , if there is any notification , it pops up flickering the screen.

Thanks to your bug report, but it does not contain enough information for the developers to start working on it.

What do you mean by pop-up? Are you talking about the notification bubble that appears on the top right of your screen?

This is related to Notify-OSD and it has already been reported as bug 372789. I am marking this bug as duplicate. Please, add the necessary information to the original bug report.
