Please sync jpoker 1.0.15-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change changed a build-depends on rubygems to
rubygens1.8 for libgens-ruby1.8. The Debian changes adds an optional
build-depends on rubygems | rubygems1.8, and the thus the package can
be safely synced. The packaged builds cleanly.

  * New upstream version.
