Please sync kdevplatform 0.9.93-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
All Ubuntu changes have been made in Debian.

kdevelop-kde4 will need to be rebuilt as a result of these changes, but I have
a merge/new upstream release (transitioned over to the kdevelop source package
name since they plan to make a stable release soon) ready to go once the new
kdevplatform is built.

kdevplatform (0.9.92-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.1. No changes needed.
  * Move kdevplatform-dbg package to debug section.
