Bug Description

When I use the x font server (xfs) and start streamtuner, the kernel crashes

Steps to reproduce :
1) aptitude install xfs
2) edit xorg.conf to add FontPath "unix/:7100" & reboot X
3) log into a failsafe terminal session
4) start streamtuner and try connect to a server

Workaround:
1) Remove xfs ;)

A weird bug actually...
I wasn't yet able to get any usefull log or something which could help finding what's going wrong :/

Hi,

Thanks for your bug report.
Is this issue still reproducible on dapper, edgy, feisty or gutsy?

Hello !

I don't know. Actually I am no more an ubuntu user. I switched to archlinux :)
Btw, streamtuner works fine on it.
