Bug Description
As the owner of a project
I want to subscribe the company team to bugs
so that the whole company can see the bugs, but do not get emails
In general, since projects can have defaut private artifacts like bugs and branches, projects must have a way to enable a trusted group to see them without being the bug supervisor.

We need to document how this is done on help.launchpad.net and on the canonical wiki.
The official answer is an ugly hack that will cause other problems for teams, but there is no right way to do this without bug subscriptions having a notification level like branch subscriptions.
