Move the pointer on close window icon

The "close window" icon don't change its appearance to indicate you can click on it
# Expected results
Well, dunno exacly, but some sort of mouseover effets (see plain GTK+ buttons or Metacity buttons) could be appreciated

In my install from yesterday's daily image, it looks like this fix has already been released into karmic. Closing.
