Creating a Friendfeed account fails in launching configui

Binary package hint: gwibber

Trying to create a Friendfeed account does not work. The configuration dialog does not appear, and this comes out of the console:

The account is created but i can't configure it. Latest gwibber from the gwibber-daily ppa.

please check whether this happens with the latest karmic packages of gwibber. if you are on jaunty and cannot try karmic check-out the daily PPA to get equivalent backports: https://edge.launchpad.net/~gwibber-daily/+archive/ppa.
