Bug Description
Tom and Yalan asked that, since PEOPLE has performance below the minimum threshold, we do something similar to the /jquery_livesearch and put it in "the ghetto". Thus, please put in the conf directives in for intercepting requests to /people and having them served by the LiveSearch WSGI app.
