Trash applet sometimes shows wrong icon when is not empty in Jaunty

Sometimes when I delete files, the trash applet continues showing a "empty icon" (the icon isn't modified). I don't know what causes this problem.
The icon is shown correctly when I restart the system.

A similar bug was present in Hardy (the trash icon didn't reflect the fact that trash was empty or full but you had either to click on it, to fix the issue, or restart the session or the system).
I made some tests on Jaunty but I hadn't able to reproduce the issue in this distro.

Sometimes (rarely) it occurs when I delete a big amount of data from the trash, while I work on other tasks.

I have found the bug:

It represents the same problem of this bug (#379895), and its fix is released. Are they duplicates?

Well, bug #72468 was marked as fix released on 2009-02-27 but antonioni opened this on 2009-05-24 (on the same distro which should not be affected by the issue) . So we could suppose that bug #72468 was wrong marked as fix released (however, personally, on Jaunty, I haven't ever been able to reproduce this bug).

We have a lot of computers running Jaunty (9.04) in our schools and our users are having this behaviour too.

As antonioni said, it occurs randomly.
