Thunderbird [2.0.0.21 in Jaunty] filter enable/disable in config has opposite effect in msgFilterRules.dat

Bug Description
Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird
Choosing to enable a filter in the filter dialog (via checkmark) actually has the opposite effect. I have to uncheck the enable box to enable the filter.

3. Steps to reproduce bug
3. What you expect to see happen
4. What you do see happen

just for info i have no problem setting up fliters.
On one of my accounts i have over 15 filters
status incomplete
